How does the project workflow work?
The process always starts with a joint video call where you explain your idea and requirements. If you don't have a design yet, I will guide you all the way from conception and web design in Figma to the implementation in Webflow. If you already bring a finished design, I will take care of the technical development only. Throughout the project, I work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with transparent communication.
What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with businesses of all sizes—from solo entrepreneurs and medium-sized businesses to larger corporations, regardless of the project's complexity. Recently, I have frequently completed projects in the legal sector (law firms), construction, health & beauty (such as plastic surgery, natural cosmetics, physiotherapy practices), as well as for photographers and videographers. However, I am generally open to any industry: every project is handled with the utmost care, individual focus, and the highest standard of quality.
How much does it cost to build a website?
The price depends on the scope and technical complexity, with foundational SEO/AEO and accessibility always included. A compact project (approx. 4–5 pages) with modern animations, but without a CMS, starts at €3,500. As soon as dynamic content—such as project showcases, service overviews, or a career section—is managed via the Webflow CMS, pricing starts at €5,000. For large-scale platforms featuring multi-language support, complex GSAP animations, advanced filtering, or custom code integrations, rates start at €8,000. Design and development can be booked as a full package or individually—after our initial call, you will receive a transparent, fixed-price proposal.
How long does it take to build a website?
The duration depends on the chosen project scope. A compact project without a CMS usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, while the pure implementation of an existing design often takes less time. Projects with CMS structures, such as for projects or news, typically require 5 to 6 weeks. More extensive projects with multi-language support, a complex showcase, or custom features start from 6 to 8 weeks. We will define the exact timeline before the project starts.
How does communication work during the project?
We start with a video call (via Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams) to align on all details. Throughout the project, I keep you updated on the progress via regular emails. For larger projects or teams, I easily adapt to your workflow and can coordinate the process via project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Asana. Your feedback is continuously integrated along the way.

Webflow allows for maximum creative freedom without rigid templates and ensures excellent loading speeds thanks to its clean source code. At damruta, every website is built and technically optimized directly for SEO and AEO – providing the ideal foundation for strong visibility in search engines and AI systems. Can I manage my website and change text myself later on?
Yes. With the Webflow CMS, you can easily update text, images, new projects, or news articles yourself without any coding knowledge. Additionally, I utilize Webflow Components so you can safely maintain content without risking the design integrity. After the launch, I will personally guide you through everything in a dedicated video call.
Is there support available after the website launch?
Yes. After the launch, I remain available for technical questions, updates, or future expansions. If desired, a monthly support agreement can be set up to ensure your website always stays technically up to date.
